PumpBuild provides a platform for creating tokens on SOL Chain with fee sharing capabilities. We utilize pump.fun smart contracts for token deployment. Our service includes wallet creation through Privy for fee recipients.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PumpBuild. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys; all tokens you create and their associated content; ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction; any fees or gas costs associated with transactions; and verifying the accuracy of information you provide.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: create tokens for illegal purposes, scams, or fraudulent schemes; impersonate others or use misleading information; attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform; violate any applicable laws or regulations; use the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing; or infringe on intellectual property rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display token information publicly on our platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PumpBuild is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; the success, value, or performance of any tokens created; the accuracy of third-party information; or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PumpBuild and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, tokens, or cryptocurrency; loss of data or business opportunities; smart contract failures or bugs; or third-party service disruptions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PumpBuild and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
